Dear Ron,

I am writing on behalf of Jack and myself to express our satisfaction and thanks for the installation of our windows on 4th October.
We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the cost.

The work of the two men who installed them was very professional. They worked as a team and wasted no time with the installation.

The carpet was vacuumed at the conclusion and the whole site left clean and tidy. We were very happy to see the old windows removed.
You can be very proud of them.
