Patron Windows is a family owned and operated company that has been providing custom made timber and aluminium windows and doors in Victoria for over 30 years.

We custom make all our windows on site in both timber and aluminium to suit all individual needs and requirements. All our products are available in Timber and Aluminium.

Our timber windows are available in kiln dried Victorian Ash, Hardwood, Blackbutt, Spotted Gum and Western Red Cedar. They are available in a variety of styles to suit all your individual needs, from budget projects to complex architectural design projects.

Double Glazing is available for all sizes and styles. The warmth and beauty of our timber window and doors range is timeless and extremely versatile. We pride ourselves on creating a quality custom made product for all your design needs.

Our aluminium range covers your domestic needs right through to your full commercial requirements.

The modern home of today is designed to be maintenance free and aluminium windows and doors are not only aesthetically pleasing they are also recognized for their durability, affordability, and low maintenance.

Our aluminium range is manufactured using either Concept or Alspec sections.

Products

Double Hung Windows

Our double hung Windows come in different styles. The first employs the intek jambliner system, a PVC spring loaded mounting unit which allows easy operation and where sashes can be tilted inwards for easy cleaning.

Next is a counterbalanced double hung system where the weight of each controls the other. Similar to this is our sashless double hung system which operates in the same manner. The principal difference is that the first has a timber sash surrounding the glass whereas the second does not.

We can also produce “old world” style weights and cords windows to match any period.

All double hung windows are available in double glazed.

Awning Windows

Our awning windows are both economical and practical, all awning windows come complete with keyed winders and double glazing if required.

They remain a popular addition in many households, allowing you to regulate air flow whilst protecting you from weather conditions including light rain.

Casement Windows

Casement Windows are designed with the more contemporary style home in mind. A side hung opening sash allows for optimal ventilation. Double glazing is available in all styles.

Stacker Sliding Door

Stacker Sliding Doors create a beautiful large opening consisting of all doors stacking to one end.

For those looking for an economical alternative to Bi-folds look no further as these are a great alternative option.

Also available in double glazing.

Sliding Doors

Whatever your required size or design we vary our track and roller systems to ensure ease of operation.

Hardware is chosen based on sizes and weight of doors.

All sliding doors are fully sealed with compression seals.

All sliding doors are available in double glaze.

Bi-Fold Windows

Our Bi-fold windows are ideally suited for the servery window.

Top hung sashes glide effortlessly on Centor hardware and you have the option of having a wide servery sill included.

Double glazing is available.

Bi-fold doors

Our bi-fold doors provide a beautiful look to enhance any home and with the whisper quiet and smooth operation they are the perfect addition.

Unique to our design is a fully capped aluminum sill cover which allows water to self-drain.

All units have compression seals for optimal weather protection and can be double glazed if required.
